We can discuss whether you a one-off session might work for you. We'll then schedule your appointment and I will send you a detailed questionnaire to complete prior to meeting so we can maximise our time together.

Within 5 working days, you will receive a Personalised Action Plan with the notes from our consultation, any relevant resources, bespoke nutrition/lifestyle recommendations, tailored meal ideas and if appropriate, supplement recommendations.

As with any client, you are very welcome to book a follow-up session. Empower Hour clients also benefit from an exclusive discounted rate on any of the Signature Programmes should they decide to dive deeper into their health and wellbeing.
