What is a Nutritional Therapist?
Nutritional Therapists are qualified, licensed professionals who use their knowledge and expertise to assess and advise individuals on their health and wellbeing. We combine our understanding of genetics, diet and lifestyle with evidence-based research to address imbalances and improve overall health. We do not diagnose or treat disease, but work alongside other healthcare professionals, offering valuable guidance and support in the areas mentioned above.
I'm only 35, am I too young for the menopause programme?
Perimenopausal symptoms can begin as early as your mid 30s so the earlier you take control, the better! The menopause brings with it a huge range of physical symptoms as well as less tangible, implications for your long-term health. Awareness and understanding of these changes will help you feel your best and stay fit and healthy as you age.
Is nutritional therapy right for me?
Whether you have ongoing symptoms, want to reduce the risk of disease and improve longevity, or simply looking to eat and feel better, I am here to help! You might be surprised to learn how diet and lifestyle factors might contribute to your current health problems and how small changes can have a hugely positive impact on your overall wellbeing.
How do you work?
While I prefer to see clients face to face, I am very happy to work with you on a remote basis, either via telephone or video call. Depending on where you live, home visits can also be arranged.
Can I contact you between appointments?
I am very happy to support you while you are undertaking a programme and I am always contactable via Whatsapp or email.
What is your payment policy?
I do ask for payment in full prior to commencing work with me, and details will be sent out with your pre-appointment forms. I am happy to discuss payment via installments if you prefer to do this. If you need to reschedule a session, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
How long does it take to complete a programme?
All my programmes are client-paced meaning that we will move at the speed you want to. Ideally, appointments are scheduled every 1 - 3 weeks so you will be under my guidance for a total of 1 - 3 months depending on the course.
What if I still have questions?
I offer all prospective clients a FREE discovery call, where we can discuss your goals and needs, talk about which of my programmes is right for you, and answer any questions you may have about working with me.
Frequently Asked Questions
